This is a milder vinaigrette-based marinade, pairs well with ribs, meat, shrimp, salad dressing, or use it as a dipping sauce for green onion cakes or pot stickers.
Marinade your meat of choice overnight, if not, at least 4 hours before cooking.
Ingredients: brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
